Why painting Torquay homes is different

Torquay is the Surf Coast's busiest town and its housing reflects that — newer estates, classic beach-house stock, character cottages, and growing families upgrading to forever homes. Paint and renovation needs are all over the map.

What I usually get called for in Torquay:
