The Otways is two different paint jobs

From Aireys Inlet down to Apollo Bay, the houses face the ocean and pay for it — salt spray, UV, hot summers, wet winters, sustained wind. A repaint that wasn't prepped properly will fail in three years. The right one will hold for ten.

Inland — Pennyroyal, Deans Marsh, Winchelsea, Colac, Forrest — it's a different climate altogether. Less salt, more dust and seasonal extremes. Rural properties, farm sheds, cottages, hinterland builds. The paint has to handle expansion and contraction in timber that the coast doesn't see.

I work both sides of the range. The prep, primer, and product all change depending on where you are.
